Chief Executive Officer
Sally has been the CEO of IDAA since October 2015. Sally worked as a social worker and team leader in the government disability sector for over 10 years. Sally has held senior level positions in both government and non-government organisations in the disability, justice and health sectors. During this time she has developed extensive experience in operational management and project management.
Manager Tenant and Housing Services
Angela has been with IDAA since 2015. Prior to working with IDAA Angela provided services to Housing Co-operatives, assisting with compliance, rent and finance management. Angela also worked for government providing training to the Community Housing sector in financial management, rent policy, concessions and the Community Housing Customer Register.
Deb commenced working with IDAA in 2016. Deb has worked within government residential care services and within the welfare sector generally. Deb has experience in project management roles within the defence, education and housing sectors, including the construction of new buildings, fit out, refurbishment and development viability.
Administration and Maintenance Officer
Serina commenced working for IDAA in 2010. As the longest serving staff member, Serina has developed a good understanding of the IDAA tenant population. Prior to working at IDAA Serina managed a small business.
